Copper River Realty Has Closed
After more than 20 years of serving the Copper Valley, Copper River Realty has closed its office. I have completed 22 years of continual real estate work with little or no time off during the busy spring/summer/fall, and it's now time to complete some personal and family goals both here in the Copper Valley and throughout Alaska, as well as visit aging parents and revitalize future work efforts. I will be referring both sellers and buyers to other professional real estate services.
The Copper River Valley has a strong real estate market. Real estate trends in the Lower 48 states will not be felt as strongly here, as our area is not over built. My taking a break from real estate is not based on the current real estate market, but rather on my age and the need to take some time to complete tasks that can't be done at a later date. This has not been an easy decision for me to make, but is one that my wife and I have contemplated for some time. Ramona and I remain committed to the Copper River Valley and will continue to reside here full time. I certainly appreciate the support area residents have given me throughout the years. The Copper Valley is a great place to live and work.
